Sims 4 missing CAS items

I play the sims on console and when I went to try and change my sims wardrobe, I noticed that almost all of my clothes are missing. Items from the packs and base game items are missing. I tried using...

Thanks, let's verify that everything is fully installed on your console with the steps here:

  • Restore the licenses on your console 
  • Go to your Game Library 
  • Scroll to Your Collection
  • Select The Sims 4
  • Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
  • Select the DLC in this list and select Install
  • When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims
