I am having the same issue via PlayStation.

@EA_Solaire @EA_Cade Hey I'm not sure if this was an active fix, but when I opened the game today there was a pop up message saying that the sleepwear had been added 🥰 Tested it out in CAS and they sleepwear items were there with th gold star badge 🙃. I have all my Sims wearing different variations now 😊The pack still shows in my store as unowned though, so idk.@MsMaeve92 is it still inaccessible for you?

@EA_Cade No, just one account has the membership, but the account that purchased the membership does not have access to the pack.

I'm paying for an EA Play subscription and you can't help me? Edit: I clicked that link. PSN support is available during business hours only in Australia. I work business hours.

The Sleepover Sleepwear set is only available for Xbox and PlayStation EA Play members.

Could you try restoring your licenses as well please with these steps and see if you're able to claim it then?

Hi @MsMaeve92,

Thanks for that, it looks like you have 2 PSN ID's on separate EA accounts.

Do you have 2 EA Play memberships as well? If not, only the PSN ID that purchased an EA play membership would have access to the Pajama pack.
