So I used to have Sims 4: Journey to Batuu on my ps4 but that ps4 broke and I had to get a new one; When I was re-downloading all my add on's I noticed I couldn't find Journey to Batuu and when I tried to look up why I couldn't find it on google, nothing was coming up. So does anyone know why I can't find Journey to Batuu on the ps4's store?

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look for Journey To Batuu in the PlayStation store, it’s no longer available
What happens when the bug occurs? I’m unable to download and install JTB on my PS5 because the pack is no longer in the PS store
What do you expect to see? Journey To Batuu pack to be added back to the PlayStation store so those of us who purchased can install it on PS5
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.

Hi, I’m hoping someone can tell me why Journey To Batuu is no longer available in the PlayStation store. I purchased the pack 2/16/21, it’s installed on my PS4. I recently got a PS5 and installed my dlc packs but when loading my save it says “not all game data could be loaded. The save game references neighborhoods that have been uninstalled or otherwise are no longer available”. In game, all JTB items and world are gone. The main menu shows I own this pack but I’m unable to install on PS5 since it’s not in PS store and there’s nowhere to download it from. I called PlayStation support and the Rep confirmed that JTB is not available in the PS store but couldn’t tell me why or when it was removed. He found my purchase in transaction history and had me go to settings/ restore license and check that system software is up to date but nothing works. I’ve searched everywhere online and can’t find any news for why this pack was removed from PlayStation though It’s still available for purchase on XBox store. I’ve also been back and forth with EA Help, they asked me to send my email, PS ID and screenshots of my proof of purchase. I sent them several screenshots and I was told they’re invalid because they were taken with my mobile phone. Unfortunately I’m unable to send the screenshots from PC as mine is broken. Apologies for the long post and my frustration, I’ve been trying to resolve this for 2weeks. I paid for this pack and it’s disappointing to not be able to use it on PS5. Not sure why this pack was removed only from PlayStation store? Any help is much appreciated.
I just wanted to know why Journey to Batuu is not available on PSN anymore. I went to purchase it this morning and it is no where to be seen.

@jc17jmquvaz4 If they changed the pack in the store, you will need to go to your library > purchased and download the pack from your library and not off the store.
I’m on PS4 and Journey to Batu is not in the store nor showing up anywhere in the game.
It’s like it no longer exists on PlayStation…
it must be off on a journey to a place …

Seriously though, EA is shooting them selves in the foot with this one.
I can’t purchase it … and from the looks of this thread I wouldn’t be able to download it on my PS4 anyway. 🤷🏼♀️
