Stuck in forever loading screen Sims 4 on PS5

Hi I’ve been playing sims once my ps5 for the last few months and I recently bought some new packs and things and when I go between building on a lot to manage worlds my loading screen does not end. I know this isn’t normal. I cleared the cashe on the PlayStation and everything. I try to save regularly but it’s still super frustrating because it’ll be fine one second and then busted the next. I’ve put a lot of my money into this game and I’m really hoping there is a fix or hopefully it’s just the new update messing with it and my game isn’t messed up. :(
