Technical issues and feedback

I'm having a strange issue,i don't know if anyone else is experiencing it but I'll do my best to describe it after I give feedback.

Feedback ( please, please, please remove the popups on the home page,or at least give us the ability to toggle them off and on before creating a sim to play.

Whatever this is,its causing a freeze like situation that appears to be able to "save" itself to the account, because uninstalling the game only fixes the problem if data from everywhere is deleted. And it only happens when those pop-up aren't touchable. You hit B and go behind the box but it doesn't go away,if you are lucky if not hitting B or start will make the game unresponsive to your controller outside of the start button.)

So...i guess i shared the issue while giving the feedback, I just bought life and death and can't play it, because the bug locked me out.

I'm playing on Xbox,in English,i can't remove any files or other things because I'm using a console,i bought a lot of the packs please find out what is going on.
