Unable to Edit or Transfer Sims within CAS PS4/PS5 Console

Yesterday in the middle of my toddler sim aging up into a child. I was unable to edit them or transfer any one of my sims in CAS. The options to do these things are completely grayed out. Please help...

Hi there, yes they’re done aging up. They started moving around and doing other things but I’m still unable to edit or do anything. I’m not sure what’s going on.

latrenofficial Try moving them out of the current lot and moving them back in- let me know if you're able to edit the household then.

    latrenofficial Was this a family you had downloaded from the Gallery, or a household you created yourself?
