Week 6 reaper rewards

I started doing the rewards, exited the game purchase the life and death dlc went back into game and now I can’t complete the rewards as they don’t show any longer just reaper logo which takes you to the claims page and that’s it…

I have all the dlc’s played over 1600 hours so I am very disappointed in this…. Do you know of any fix?
