Where’s my bonus items?

Which platform are you playing on, and what bonus content specifically are you missing? 

I am playing on console,specifically a Ps5. So far I see I am missing the bonus content from growing together (whalebert slide, swing set) and from horse ranch (guitar, wagon wheel art and  rocking chair).

Thanks, please follow these steps to be sure your content is all fully installed to your console:

• Restore the licenses on your console 
• Go to your Game Library 
• Scroll to Your Collection
• Select The Sims 4
• Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
• Select the DLC in this list and select Install
• When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims

If you're still not seeing your bonus content, please also check that you're currently logging into the same PSN account that you had originally made these purchases on- you can look over your account's transaction history to verify if you're logging in correctly on your console. 

So I notice when there is no internet connection its gone but with internet connection its there. It’s confusing cause one would think these items will stay regardless of that since the expansions are installed 🤔. As of right now my internet is down yet again.

Is your offline play enabled and your console currently set as your primary PlayStation? You can check that with these steps:

Settings-> Users and Accounts-> Other-> Console Sharing and Offline Play-> Enable.

Yes it is enabled. 

Thank you for your advice. Upon reaching out to playstation they said that it is an in game issue that I would need to speak to EA about it.
