Xbox keeps crashing continually after Lovestruck install

Been playing on and off but since love struck came out but it keeps force closing it's so unpredictable when it will happen. I have cleared cache and the problem is still persistent. I just wanna exp...

Here it is Sept. 14 2024 and I’m having this same problem. I tried waiting later to buy it to avoid this problem and it still just crashes my game which really sucks. Think I’m going to call and request a refund. playing on xbox.. and I own majority of packs.. sims doesn't crash if I uninstall Lovestruck.
