Xbox one gallery issues

Hi guys I need some help. Im by no means a sims 4 technical wizz especially when it comes to the xbox. My sister turned 13 in january and just created an ea account to play on xbox, she tried to go onto the gallery but it popped up with a box saying “you cannot see content other people make because of how your account is set up”. So I removed all restrictions off of the xbox account so it definitely cant be that. And her EA account I tried to manage but all that comes up is about money for expansion packs etc nothing about the gallery. Is there anyone who knows how to resolve this and allow her to access the gallery?

    Hi darkangel1213​ 

    It sounds like she'll need to speak with the live support team to see if she's eligible to age up her EA account to a full adult account. Once she's aged up, she'll be able to access the Gallery normally. 

    This isn't something we can check for over the forums as we don't have access to your account details, but you can contact live support here for help on this.
