[Xbox] Sims 4 Login Rewards Resetting

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cats & Dogs, Desert Luxe Kit, Get to Work, Realm of Magic, Romantic Garden Stuff, StrangerVille, and Vampires
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Simply logging into my Sims game
What happens when the bug occurs? It resets all of the progress that I have made on the login rewards. Sims seem to be unable to sleep and just wake up even if they are super tired too.
What do you expect to see? Some fixes to the login rewards. Also, having Sims not randomly wake up when they are nowhere close to not feeling tired.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.

Yesterday, I logged in to claim the Practice Makes Perfect trait and noticed that the game was giving me the EA terms of service page. After agreeing and being super confused, I noticed that I was set back all the way to the bullseye, or back to the first claim reward. Now, today my game did the same thing as yesterday. Anything else seems to be fine with the game, it didn't delete any of my other data, just the rewards I have logged in to claim.
The only other weird thing that has been happening, is Sims will randomly just get up out of bed. No event or anything, and be unable to sleep. Trying to put a Sim to sleep just has them wake up two seconds later. I have been able to fix this by just saving and exiting to the main menu and then going back into my game. The only reason why I point this out is because it started after the bug before.
I have not seen any updates for the game itself and I keep looking to see if there is any. I looked around the forums here and it seems like there is nothing I can do if I am on Xbox.
