[XB/PS] DLC pop-up stuck on screen
I just purchased and installed new packs on my PS5, the new dlc info pops up and I can't back out of it without fully closing my game. None of the button commands work.

Yes when I press the back button it takes me to the home screen navigation behind the pop up. but the pop up stays on screen.

Hi @0317199028 , I merged your message in here because your issue looks similar to B0ssAngel's. Are you also talking about the pop ups that come up after you bought a new pack?
Update: it's no longer on my screen. It was going in order of packs purchased..
I am on PS4 and having an issue with the welcome pop up cards popping up every time I log in. Unfortunately I can't get it off the loading screen. I can't see beyond it. I can't click it off. If I happen to click the option to create a new household the pop up card follows me to CAS and I can't see around it to do anything.
I have noticed that every time it is a new one that I own. I am hoping that if I finally restart my game enough times it will be finished, although I am regretting buying so many packs and kits now.
Due to loading screens I have now spent 4 hours trying to to just start the game and that's just tonight.
The SDX screen pop up stuck on main menu without a way to exit out of it.Please fix asap.
