Can’t get packs to work

Question

When trying to download Parenthood for the sims 4 on Mac, it finishes downloading but it won’t appear in game. Going over the pack in the packs menu it says “You must restart to complete the installation.” I’ve tried restarting many times and I have cleared the origin cashe, redownloaded the pack, and repaired the game. Nothing seems to work. Any help would be appreciated!!

Clearing the Origin cache on a Mac is a waste of time as it only removes a small number of the files required to clear out Origin. Run the Origin reset tool instead&nbsp;https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/origin/origin/how-to-reset-origin-on-mac/

even after using the reset app, the pack still doesn’t work in game and I get the same message.

@FutureCrow21  How much storage space is available on your Mac?In Origin, in Sims 4 in your Library, what shows under the Parenthood pack in your Expansion Packs?
