My daughter is playing Sims on our Mac mini M1. I have read that people have had some problems using Sims 4 after updating to Sonoma (14.5). I this still an issue? Has EA fixed whatever caused the problem?
Have EA given an official explanation for the issue regarding this?

I read this post where some users experienced problems, which was the reason for my statement above. The reason why I asked for a comment from EA is that I am not use to having any problems when upgrading macros whith other software I use for my work.

Thanks for the answer. Can you explain what you mean with Origin/EA App issues and macOS issues? I do not quit understand the difference. I my experience are there seldom problems with Mac software whin upgraMacOS if the softtwareis coded according to the developer guidelines and natively. Is there a difference with the Origion/EA app?
It sounds great that you have not had any problems when you upgraded. Are any of your Macs using a M1 chip?
