I'm playing on Mac and can't download extra contents such as Holiday Celebration Pack. I'm clicking 'download' button but nothing happens. I tried to re-download origin and the Sims 4 but result is always the same. How can I fix this issue?

I just trashed the Holiday pack (FP01) folder from the Sims 4 Packs folder and tried to re-download and yes, it didn't work for me either. It seems Origin is such a mess at the moment.
I don't even have the FP folder. Any other month of the year, I wouldn't have cared about this pack, but of course it's happening in December.

This is fixed now, please try and download again 🙂
Yes, my game is running with extra packs now. I guess only way to solve this problem is clearing caches, reinstalling Origin and The Sims 4. Thank you all guys! 🙂

I just opened my origin again and it started downloading the packs. 🙂
thanks for the info about legacy edition, I haven't noticed it was for old ones so I stopped that one, and now the holiday pack is installed and working. 🙂
there was no technical review written, I had already disabled it before.
