@jenny20602 What OS do you have? If you're running Yosemite, this has been an issue with Origin for several weeks. There are two fixes for it. You can either update your OS to High Sierra, or at least to El Capitan if your computer won't support HS; both can be found by searching the app store. Or you can enable the beta version of Origin that is compatible with Yosemite. For more information on the problem, please read this post:
