Trashing the Options.ini file in your Sims 4 folder will reset your in-game graphics options and resolution.

If you do 3 finger swipe up on the trackpad when you have the game loaded in fullscreen, and then move your cursor to the top of the desktop, do you see two desktops available with one being the game?
hi @Bluebellflora ! trashed options.ini, game still opens in windowed fullscreen. went ahead and enabled vsync as well but still have calibration issues. cant get the 3-finger swipe up to work, tried hitting the option to go to mission control on my touchbar too and it won't open. tried changing some settings in system preferences, still cant seem to do anything that will make mission control work.
weird, now that i look a little closer it doesnt have the option for me to do a three finger swipe-up at all? unless i'm looking in the wrong place. screenshot attached of all the options i have to trigger mission control-- none of them seem to work regardless.
