Custom Content Issues

I recently just got a new laptop (MacBook Pro) and re-downloaded Origin so I could play Sims 4. Over the past two days, I’ve been downloading custom content that I have used in the past and was excited to use it all only to find that my Sims game has only downloaded half of the content I downloaded. It has completely downloaded things from three content creators (one is a script mod), downloaded half from one creator, downloaded a very small amount from another creator, and everything else I’ve downloaded is not appearing at all.

I’ve tried lots of things to get all my content to load on the game. Repairing the game, removing and adding files back, removing extra sub-files, deleting cache folders, and even triple-checking that the custom content I downloaded is compatible (from what I’m aware of, it works for everybody else). So far, nothing’s worked. Please help! I really wanna enjoy my game fully with my cc!

Ah I see. I think I know what the problem is. Have you renamed the file? I think you've removed the file type extension. The file must be a .package file and this would show in the search results you got in Terminal. Rename the hair:

    frankie.package

so it looks something like this:

    This is what showed up:

    /System/Volumes/Data/Users/lovesickpalaces/Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods/SFW Mods/Leah Lillith/Frankie

    /Users/lovesickpalaces/Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods/SFW Mods/Leah Lillith/Frankie

*I had to change "FrankieHairstyle" to "Frankie" because that's the name of my file in my laptop.
