Dark square shadows under Sims

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.66.139.1220
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cats and Dogs, City Living, Seasons, Parenthood, Jungle Adventure, Laundry Day, and the Holiday Stuff pack.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create and run your own Vet clinic, and begin examining a patient. Then hover over anything associated with the veterinary process (The employees, the pets, the owners, etc)
What happens when the bug occurs? Whenever you hover over a sim/pet in the vet clinic, a square will appear under them, and follow them around like a shadow. These gradually get darker the longer you run your clinic.
What do you expect to see? Regular shadows under every sim no matter what lot type I'm on.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
This is starting to get really annoying ngl, the entire vet career is already extremely buggy and now this? Also excuse the bald sim, she's like that cause I removed all my cc to test this lol.
