EA App won't let me play !

Question

I just downloaded the EA Map on my Mac, since Origin forced me to. I did an update of the sims and now it won't let me open the game, saying it wasn't released yet. Also all the packs I bought seem to be gone. It's saying I only own the deluxe one...

Any help is greatly appreciated. :)

Can you post a screenshot of the error message in EA App please?
