Game not loading since EA app download

Last week i bought a new mac and when i signed into my apple ID all my apps and documents were transfered, not origin tho. So i downloaded origin and i got a pop up that origin wasn´t available anymore and to switch to the EA app, so i did. I put my origin credentials on the ea and that as normal. Downloaded the sims, and my packs, When i went to open the game it wouldnt open but wouldn't give me and error either, so it just stayed like that, i tried everything i read on here and nothing. I closed it, restarted it, cleared the cache, repaired it, ddeleted the ea app and re-downloaded it, put out like 5 of those ea error reports and still nothing. I could really use a hand...
