Game not loading since EA app download
Since doing the switch from Origin to EA- my game won't play. Everything is downloaded on the EA app, the expansion packs and stuff packs and extras but when I try to open the game it keeps telling ...

@Bluebellflora Hey! I’ve been having the same problems as OP and I just followed these instructions but still unable to open the game. I’m on the EA app and when I try to launch the game it says failed to launch due to a problem on their end. No new sims folder repopulated in electronic arts either
You know what I think following all of those options from the instructions you had attached. This didn’t seem to work but all of a sudden a repair button also popped up in the app. I clicked that and tried to launch again and it opened!!
Ive been struggling since the switch and this may have solved my issue completely so thank you SO much.
I will update again if moving my files back slowly works.
