I did not receive the 20th anniversary hot tub

I had updated The Sims 4 on February 4th and when I went to play I did not find the hot tub that was advertised on social media that was given to all users of the game for free. I went to play on February 5th and still see no signs of it in the inventory under the outdoor activities and skill section. Please advise how I would be able to add it in my game.

    Ah ok. Are you running the Legacy Edition of the game? If so then you will not have the hot tub as your game no longer receives updates.

    Hi,

    I didn’t receive the hot tub either and am also running Legacy edition. I did a live chat with EA last night, repaired the game and still didn’t have the hot tub. I asked if running Legacy would make a difference, that I had been running it for a while now, and the person I spoke to never made it seem like running Legacy edition would make a difference in getting the hot tub. My game still updates too when new ones are available and it did update with the latest one for the hot tub.

    Yes, your game still appears to update because you have the main game installed but you are actually running the Legacy Edition which does not receive any further updates, hence no hot tub.

    @Bluebellflora This makes me so sad. I have the same issue where I didn't get the hot tub and no Baby Yoda and I run on legacy on an old Mac but with high Sierra 10.13.16. I wanted Baby Yoda so badly :[
