I have clean reinstalled, uninstalled, and everything I can to troubleshoot my Sims 3 issue. I had just purchased expansions and everything and would greatly like to play. It seems that this has been an issue for some time now, and I would really like to not worry about trying to get a return and just play the dang thing. Every time I have installed the game, it comes to the same conclusion this is what happens. It says it is downloaded, says time to install, I click install, and it installs fine, then when I go to hit play it says download in progress 100%/100%
I uploaded a screenshot of the exact issue. Please help, this is not what i wanted to happen.
I have this same problem - did you ever get any help with it?

Hi @sammycramer1001 @aidenswank,
Have you tried clicking in the Play now button?

I've had that problem too. I've been waiting 4 hours now and when I do hit play now I log in and the game crashes.
