I've had that problem too. I've been waiting 4 hours now and when I do hit play now I log in and the game crashes.

I need more info about your Mac
Click on the Apple icon in the top left corner of your desktop and select About This Mac. Please provide the following information (you may need to click on "More Info" depending on what operating system you're running:
- Operating System (Version)
- Mac model
- Processor
- Memory (RAM)
- Graphics

I have a MacBook Air (13-inch, early 2015) with:
Version 10.10.5
Processor: 1.6 GHz Intel Core i5
Memory: 4 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 6000 1536 MB

Hi @Abbie0007,

I have the same problem with The Sims 4 on my macbook,
it was stuck at 100%, but that problem solved itself, now it just won't install the friggin game...
