Issue with Rations

Having an issue with ratios; it keeps readjusting and then resizing and showing only a limited part of the screen.

still able to open the game and get through the mavis and sims 4 loading screens before the issue occurs.

Have tried to reinstal, repair and update.

I have a macbook air, early 2014

running macOS Mojave 10.14.5

1.4 GHz intel core i5

intel HD Graphics 5000 1536 MB

Ok. Could you try toggling between fullscreen and windowed mode, it sometimes can force the game to display properly. You can do this by pressing the CTRL, CMD and F keys together.

Please go into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and trash the Options.ini file then load the game - how is it?
