Yes, the pasted folder is the Sims 4 folder within the EA folder

Ok. Please could you click on one of the saves once to select it then go to File > Get Info. Under the General > Where section near the top of the info window please copy and paste the location of the save here. You don't have to include the user account name, just call it XXXX or something else.
- 6 years ago@Bluebellflora The saves folder is empty so nothing to click on. The saves are what is missing.....that is what is causing the progress loss

I understand, but you're saying she pasted the folder with the saves in it somewhere? Please follow the same instruction to find the exact location of the saves folder.- 6 years ago@Bluebellflora No she didn't. The folder she pasted didn't have any saves so the original folder must not have had any saves following the update. My guess is that the update from child to teen account has somehow caused the saves to be deleted. Either way, she will just have to forego the last 5 months and start again
