tbh, I am to scared to install Mojave as I am afraid my Sims 4 won't work anymore. As the last post in this threat was almost three months ago I wanted to ask: is it now safe to install Mojave? Will I get any errors while playing? I put like 150 euros into the sims 4 and would be devastated if all of it were for nothing.

@Inenator TS4 runs just fine in OS Mojave, according to the many people who have updated. And your computer can certainly run it without issues. But it's a good idea to back up your game folder (the one in Documents) before updating; in fact, it's always best to back up all of your important data when your computer is about to get a new operating system.
You can transfer your entire game folder to an external hard drive or thumb drive, or, if you don't have one, you can manually upload it to your iCloud drive. Just be sure to disable iCloud after the update, regardless of whether you've used it, or your game folder might be moved to cloud storage automatically, along with the rest of the contents of your Documents folder.
