My game won't launch

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.58.63.1210
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Almost every ep (except Island Living & Discover University) Parenthood Laundry Day
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I had tried to fix the game by using these 5 methods 1. Reinstall Origin 2. Repair The Sims4 3. Reinstall The Sims4 4. Remove CC and mods 5. Remove The Sims4 file All of them didn't worked at all. The game turns black and freezed my mac.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game screen turns black and freezes the desktop when loading. Please help me, I have no idea what to do now. Maybe the latest update ruined my game.
What do you expect to see? The game launches normally.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
