@Bluebellflora I've done that already, it doesn't work.
Did you try a whole new TS4 folder with everything like new? Or did you move saves and mods into a new folder?

Please provide all the info asked for about your Mac. Just knowing the OS isn't enough.
Is there a lastCrash report in the Sims 4 folder form the last time it crashed?
