My sims game is having problem still after multiple fixes on Origin

I've been having this problem with my Sims4 game since about October 2022, I've been able to play in CAS (Create A Sim) but not to play the household, the game will just delete it, show an error and say I need to relaunch the game, or it will load into the house, but delete every sim, and show no aspirations, nothing except the house itself. If I try to have a sim walk, it does nothing. I can click, and move the mouse, but it's like the game won't register that I have a household and playing it. I've also had a new bug since about noon today where ill purchase the house, try to play the household, it'll kick me out, and delete the household- leaving me to start over again and try again. I've contacted EA their self and I've been to manually look for updates, fix via Origin(the program I use), or wait and they'll fix the bug and just continue with what I can access and use (which is just CAS). While I appreciate EA being able to help and look into the bug, it annoys me that this has been an ongoing problem and has not been fixed. I've updated my Mac to the recent update I can use, and keep Origin to its latest update as well. I'm only able to show one bug, which is fine since it's the most common one I have anyways. I've used mods and CC, but I removed all of those this past week to see if it was the problem, and I still have this problem.
