New content update now I am unable to launch my library

After I updated my game with the new content update I am unable to launch my library. There seems to be a lot of glitches too, and I have tried to disable mods and script mods but it didn't fix anyth...

Do you have and Mods that affect the UI? Could you please move the Mods folder to the desktop, trash the localthumbcache.packge file and then load the game to see if it works correctly?
