New Save - LLama and building corruption again

i deleted all residential rentals immediately.  rebuilding my 4 year old save and found one house reverted to the res rental original to game with big LLama image on map.  I tried to fix it and game endlessly loads. Same happened when I tried to convert the vacation rental in Copperdale. I just got the new pack.
