Purchased Dream Home Decorator but does not show up in game.

I purchased and downloaded the Dream Home Decorator pack yesterday. It shows up as installed in my Origin library. However, it does not appear in game and shows up as "not owned." Computer specs: 20...

Could you post screenshots if it in your game library and not showing in the main menu of the game?

Have you tried resetting Origin? https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/origin/origin/how-to-reset-origin-on-mac/
