Your Mac can't get Windows viruses (unless you're using Boot Camp) but could potentially get a Mac virus although the likelihood is extremely low and they're pretty rare.
Use the Origin reset tool to get Origin working again - https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/origin/origin/how-to-reset-origin-on-mac/
Then right click on the game in your Origin games library and select Repair game.
