Re: Game Data Incomplete, grey llamas, red and white sims, broken textures

I accidentally deleted my sims 4 game including the files, so i had to re download the sims 4. when i went to start the game it said it was unable to start because game data was damaged or missing. what do i do, and when i checked my documents and my electronic arts folder the sims 4 folder wasnt there. I used the search bar and the ea app just didnt make a file. i tried repairing the game and that didnt work either. what do i do ?

    Game data missing or damaged is an installation issue. See the solution on page one of this thread.

    Manually navigate to Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, don't search for it as it is hidden from search results if in the Documents folder.
