I need help I had the sims 4 and Im addicted to it. I need it to survive but after apple wiped my memory to fix my computer it won't download off safari and is stuck on preparing to download HELP!
The Sims 4 is downloaded through EA App, not Safari https://www.ea.com/en-gb/ea-app
