Re: [INFO REQUEST] Sims 4 Cats and Dogs always shows 'Download' in Origin

Well.. The thing is that I managed to get it to work after a phone call to ea.

I had to uninstall origin and install it back again

then I had to go to Documents -> Electronic Arts -> The Sims 4 
And change the name of "The Sims 4" to "The Sims 4 Old". 

After that I had to turn on the sims 4 and when I did it the cat's and dogs were working but when I look at it in Origin it looks like it's still not installed. 

So it's working but it looks like it's not downloaded. I don't know how to fix that part but to anyone who may struggle with the same issue I recommend turning a game on. Maybe it's already installed and it's only the problem with Origin.

Yes, mine is also showing as Download even though it is installed. It's not unique to Cats & Dogs as it has happened with previous packs. Normally it doesn't cause any problems but this time around it does seem to be for someone. Glad you got it working - thanks for confirming!
