Please go into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and trash the Options.ini file then load the game - how is it?

    Ok. Could you try toggling between fullscreen and windowed mode, it sometimes can force the game to display properly. You can do this by pressing the CTRL, CMD and F keys together.
