Re: Origin "Hours Played" and "Last Played" not working

Hi, I see you help a lot of people so I'm hoping you can help me. I have a mac and it's spec meet the requirements and then some. My origin won't open my Sims 4 for two months now. I have done various things to troubleshoot but to no avail. I really want to play my game. I've deleted everything and reinstalled, repaired, and reset. Nothing is working. I even deleted all my mods and cc from my laptop completely. I also deleted my original sims 4 file with my families (just in case). I just want my game to work. I don't know what to do. Can you help me?

    Hi there,

    Have you searched in this forum if anyone had experienced similar issue?

    Was there any warning text or notification from macOS that informed you an error happened? Because from your description I find it hard to pinpoint the issue.
