Re: Sims 4 crashes Mac after November 2019 Update

So updating to High Sierra or later is the actual solution? So the update means older OSX versions are no longer supported?
You might think EA should have written a warning and statement about this before the update procedure.

El Capitan and Sierra are supported but horribly glitchy at the moment.

For some of us it seems as it's actually not even possible to play since it crashes on startup.
Can only hope EA understands how this is alienating some players.

Which version of macOS are you running?

I'm on 10.12.6 and need that for software that's not compatible or working well with newer versions.

Ah ok. Then unfortunately you'll have to wait until, hopefully, EA fix it.
