Hi again,
So I unlinked the Epic Games account, and now the Epic Games version of Sims 4 is greyed out in My Games Library. However, upon clicking the Origin version, I still get a blank panel with no offer to download the game.
Any further advice much appreciated.

I reset Origin but to no avail. I still cannot download the Sims 4. I wonder if this is actually solvable. Yesterday I looked at my purchases in EA, and I got Sims 4 back in 2015! It would be a shame if I can no longer play it on Origin.
What do you reckon? Is there some person or department at EA I can write to about this?

As at 12 Sept, I received an email from EA saying "It's an ongoing issue as other players from across the globe are also reporting the same. We want to get this fixed as swiftly as possible."
So I guess we just wait ...
Did you get any luck fixing that? I'm struggling with the exact same issue.
