@wholenugget69 I've moved your post to the Sims 4 Mac section for now so that the Mac expert can take a look at it. She may move this to PC tech in the end. In the meantime, please post the specs of your Mac, as described here:
Do you really have three separate partitions on your hard drive, or is the Windows install now updated to 8.1? (I'm just curious.) While you're being thorough, please run a dxdiag on the partition where you're trying to play Sims 4, and attach it to a post.

As for whether there are any similar issues, not that I've heard. Of course, with Sims 4 running reasonably well in macOS (most of the time), there aren't that many people who play via Bootcamp. Mine does run fine in my Windows partition, on the rare occasion that I try. But I have Windows 10 (build 1803), and my GPU drivers are probably newer than yours.
