Sims 4 - External Hard Drive issues

I have been dealing with this for a few days now. I ran out of space on my internal hard drive on my Mac and I purchased an external hard drive. It has 1 TB. I am currently trying to move my sims 4 g...

    Take out the : and I would have it only nested one deep, so within the Elements folder.

Yes I will definitely check out that repair! Here is my screenshot. The “origin games😕ims things” is the folder I created within my external.
