Sims 4 Cas UI and gameplay UI crashes without mods on

Until recently my game has been working fine (I play sims 4 on mac). Now in create a sim my traits have gone missing and in gameplay I can’t even go out of build mode without my UI crashing and being gone and I can’t click on anything anymore. I have tried deleting all my mods, cache, localthumbcache, reinstalling the game but nothing worked. Even without mods on it does the same. I am sure all my mods are fine, since I’ve just cleaned it out and have like nothing left. I basically can’t play with these crashes.
