I was having trouble with my sims and every time I went to play my household I got kicked back out onto the map. I was having error code: 102:20ece5dd. I was told to move my mods folder out and delete the local thumb cache.
This worked but when I went to move my mods folder back in all my cc was not there.
Is there any way my cc hasn't been deleted and I can get it back?
I moved the folder to my desktop, I then launched the game and then left the game. When I put the Mods folder back all the cc in it was gone
Yes, I've got iCloud Drive enabled. I've done what the link said and checked my storage levels but it still hasn't done anything.
I have a small amount of storage on iCloud and there's loads of storage on my Mac. Ive just tried to do a spotlight search with .package but can't find anything
Yes I'm getting messages saying iCloud Drive is full. There were some clouds with exclamation marks in them before in the sims folder (not the mods one) but they're not there now.
If iCloud is full, and you have iCloud Drive enabled, it can't store anything further in the cloud. Maybe disabling iCloud Drive completely will help?
To look for the CC that disappeared, click on Go in the Finder menu bar then Go to Folder... Enter ~/Library/Mobile Documents and hit Go to access your iCloud backups then have a look in the folders. You shouldn't remove anything from there if you're not sure what you're doing, instead you could copy and paste them.
I followed that other link you sent me and I have disabled iCloud Drive.
Is Go in the finder menu the search bar?
