Can you please attach any lasCrash reports you have in your Sims 4 folder. You will need to open them using TextEdit and remove the "XML" from the first line before uploading.

You have Mods installed. Please move the Mods folder to the desktop, trash the localthumbcache.package file in the Sims 4 folder and see if it still happens.I tried that and it still happens :/

Ok. Does it also happen when you move the entire Sims 4 folder to the desktop so the game recreates a new one? You will have to create a new save and play for a little while to properly test.
