Sims 4 game won't launch

My sims 4 game keeps crashing, it won't even launch. I have a MacBook, i've taken out all the mods, reset origin, repaired the game through origin, reset my computer and nothing, it still won't launch. I've been waiting over an hour for ea support but nothing 🙂 Please help!!!
