sims 4 is already running error (mac)
i have the sims 4 on my PC but now I'm logging into origin and I've downloaded it into my mac. when i try and open the game it tells me its already running... I've tried everything and i don't have an electronic arts folder because I've just dowloaded it.
Please run the Origin reset tool on your Mac.
Bear in mind you cannot have the game running under the same Origin account on two computers simultaneously.
