Game is fully updated (as of July 5, 2018)
After I downloaded Seasons, I started building a seasonal festival lot, but I noticed that all of the objects I place are not lit - even with copious lighting.
However, when I place a building around these objects, the lighting seems to affect objects again.
Similarly, any lights/objects placed inside originally stop working when I destroy the walls. The lighting works properly against walls and floors, but not objects or even the lights themselves.
I've tried restarting my game, restarting my computer, changing the lighting settings in the Sims settings. I've tried visiting this lot with my sims and viewing the lighting outside of build mode. I've repaired my game. Nothing I've done has had any affect. I haven't tried to reinstall yet because of how long it took just to download Seasons by itself and the fact that my internet is currently in shambles (read: the internet sucks where I am). Essentially, reinstalling is a last resort at this point.
